From order to supply (Standard bottles)

    On receiving your request via email, we will contact you to gather more information regarding your company and the use and image of your products. Please note that provision of samples will be dependent on consultation and we cannot guarantee supply in every case.

  • Sample verification

    Once you receive the requested samples, we will ask you to confirm various features such as functionality, size and suitability.

  • Briefing

    3) Briefing

    We will then set up a briefing session where the image, specifications, budget, production volume, schedule and so on will be confirmed. Based on this discussion, we will prepare a price estimate.

  • Image drafting

    4) Image drafting

    As required, we will have you confirm the desired design, color and image via digital images. We may also you ask to supply images produced with our 3D visualizer.

  • Order placement

    5) Order placement

    After prices and specifications have been confirmed, orders can be placed. If required, we may need to be supplied with color samples and artwork data.

  • Trail product verification

    6) Trail product verification

    Based on the provided color samples and artwork data, a trial product close to the finished product will be produced. Following confirmation from the client, mass production will be commenced.

    Goods will be delivered after clearing internal quality control inspection.

From order to supply (Custom-made bottles)

Clients may order products made from custom molds.
At Takemoto, we can develop and produce made-to-order molds to client’s specifications. If you require a uniquely designed product, do not hesitate to contact us.

    On receiving your enquiry, we will arrange a briefing session to gather information about your product image, contents, intended use, budget, production volume and so on.

  • Proposal

    Based on the details provided, we will prepare draft designs and cost estimates.

  • Image Drafting

    If required, we may prepare models, prototypes and so on so that you can confirm the actual size and feel of the final product.

  • Design Approval

    Based on previous discussions, we will prepare final technical drawings for verification by the client. Once these have been approved, mold production will commence.

    After confirming the prices, orders can be placed. If required, we may need to be supplied with color samples and artwork data for printing purposes.

    A trial product will be produced from the completed mold. Following confirmation from the client, mass production will be commenced.

Coloring - Color Mixing – Color Matching (Currently in Japan only)

Our original color pellets have been developed through careful selection of materials. As color compounding is conducted in-house, we can provide small MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities) and short lead-times.

Our goal is to always maintain color consistency and provide high-precision products.

Furthermore, through our thorough quality control inspection and production process management, we will always deliver products of guaranteed quality.

Ready-made Color Pellet Selection System (Currently in Japan only)

At Takemoto, we maintain an inventory of materials to provide our specially selected 14-colour ready-made color pellets.
This systems means we can provide smaller quantities and shorter lead-times, meaning that your product will be on the market sooner.

  • Color orders from 1,000 units.
  • Time taken to mix colors is eliminated and your product can be launched more quickly. (More cost-effective than spot color techniques)
  • Production is commenced after orders are placed (Products are not kept in inventory)
  • For PET resin products. (Not applicable to all products)

Inventory and Next-Day Shipping Service (Currently in Japan Only)

In Japan, Takemoto maintains an inventory of over 1,300 of its most frequently ordered containers and accessories. Our “automatic” warehouse is computer controlled, allowing instant access to up-to-date stock levels and order status.

Goods in stock can be ordered in single case quantities. Orders placed by 3pm will be shipped on the next business day.
