From raw materials to finished goods, only products that have been subject to careful management and cleared strict quality tests are delivered to clients.

With the motto of delivering higher quality containers that solve the various issues facing our customers, we strive to maintain high quality by implementing process controls at every stage from raw materials to finished products.

When a container is under development, functional tests are conducted to confirm that specifications are met, including durability, strength and performance under severe temperature and pressure conditions. Furthermore, raw materials and finished products can be managed to meet specific industry standards on request.

Safety and Reliability

FSSC 22000ver.5 Certificate

FSSC22000 is a certification scheme recognized by GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative), designed to establish a quality safety management system to ensure food safety. It contains all the requirements from ISO22000 and ISO/TS22002-4, and additional requirements unique to FSSC. Another key feature of FSSC22000 is that it is designed to reduce the risk of terrorist threats to food from both inside and outside the company.

Raw material safety Certificate

Raw materials and MB (masterbatch) being used by TAKEMOTO all conform to the Revised Food Sanitation Act (Amendment of Act No. 233 of 1947) Articles 18 to 3. This means all materials and quantities following the regulation of Positive List (table1 defined by Revised Food Sanitation Act: polymers etc., and table 2: additives, coating agents).

Also, raw materials and MB (masterbatch) being used by TAKEMOTO are subject to transitional measures of MHLW (Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare) Notification No.196 of April 28th, 2020. (the same raw materials and masterbatches as prior to the enforcement of the Revised Food Sanitation Act are used)

In addition, certificates of compliance for REACH SVHC regulations and RoHS 10 Restricted Substances directives can be provided on request.

This device is capable of creating a low-pressure environment within the chamber to discover potential leakage. Used for airtightness tests.
Climate chamber(oven)
This device can be set to a specific temperature, humidity, and time period to replicate conditions which test subjects might be exposed to. It is also possible to assign a cycle of temperature alteration. Used for conducting high temperature airtightness tests, accelerated chemical resistance tests, and cycle tests.
Light fastness tester
Used for testing material degradation under UV ray radiation.
Dimension, shape
This device applies lights to an object to project a silhouette of the object to a screen.Used for mold modification, shape confirmation, and dimensional measurement related tasks.
Video measurement system
Capable of capturing wide field of view or form in minute detail, this device is used for appearance observation and dimensional measurement.
3D scanner
This device scans and converts an object’s 3D geometry into a digital model, which can be used for required analysis or adjustment. Used for mold modification, shape confirmation, and demotion measurement related tasks.
An instrument designed for contour measurement and analysis. Usually used for bottle shape observation and dimensional confirmation.

Magnified observation
Optical microscope is commonly used for magnifying the image of small scratches, holes, or cracks on the surface of a component, or measuring micro-scale dimensions.

Cap opening & closing tester
Hinge durability
This device verifies hinge durability of flip-top caps by applying repeated closing and opening motions to the flip-top cap for identifying the number of opening and closing actions required to break the hinge.
Cap torque tester
Opening and closing torque analysis
This device is designed to measure the amount of force needed for closing/opening a screw-on closure (application and removal torque). A container is set in the device and the degree of force required when closing or opening the cap is measured. It can also be used for other products with a thread attachment such as flip-top caps, or pumps.
Transport test machine
This device allows vertical and horizontal vibrations of any size to be set, replicating vibration during transportation. It is used to check for scratches and damage caused by vibration, and the confirm the appropriate packing specification.
